You will recieve a digital package including your copy of WinMDT, as well as detailed instructions on installation, setup, and troubleshooting the system. Support is provided via email at inquiries@visionlogic.ca. Additionally, you may purchase the installation addon, in which a member of our development team will install the system for you. 

Important - Due to the nature of WinMDTs server environment, your FiveM server must be hosted on a VPS, where you are free to open an additional port that the process requires. Most game server providers do not offer this service, therefore a VPS is a requirement. Due to the nature of the system, we do not provide refunds after the product has been recieved.
